Following on from our previous success, Clean Solar Solutions (IE) now brings its expertise with a wider range of solar maintenance services as a preferred Operations & Maintenance (O&M) partner and service provider for solar array owners across the whole of Ireland (including Northern Ireland). We also offer professional wind turbine cleaning.
We can provide you with a 24 hour service, 7 days a week. This enables us to offer a high quality, reactive O&M service. Our aim with each of our services is to ensure your solar array sees improved performance and is kept running to it’s optimum level.

Maintenance, Servicing & Repairs
Solar panel maintenance, servicing and repairs are an inevitable part of owning a solar PV array. Clean Solar Solutions provide bespoke Operations and Maintenance (O&M) packages to suit your needs, with everything from regular panel and inverter servicing, to replacing faulty modules or re-configuring poorly designed solar arrays. Our focus is on a high quality product, with excellent client satisfaction.
IR Drone & Handheld Thermal Imaging
Infra-red thermal imaging of solar panels is fast-becoming a staple of any O&M package. Thermal imaging can provide insight into the performance of your solar panels on a cellular level and also on each combiner boxes and the like. Clean Solar Solutions can provide IR thermal imaging via drone and handheld thermal imaging cameras. We photograph any faults and compile detailed reports and analysis into problems with your solar panels. We then recommend action to you, to enable you to get your solar array back up to full output.
Bird Proofing & Deterrents
Fitting bird proofing or bird deterrents can help protect your solar panels from unwanted interference from birds, by way of bird droppings and unwanted nesting under the solar panels. Bird proofing for solar panels is particularly needed in coastal areas, where gull activity is high. But even inland, birds can create all sorts of problems for solar array owners, particularly when your solar array becomes a nesting site. Clean Solar Solutions provide a whole host of ground and roof mounted bird proofing solutions which can both stop birds from accessing the underside of your solar panels or even from visiting the area completely.
Solar Panel Cleaning
We offer both manual cleaning and a whole range of automated robotic solar panel cleaning systems. We can provide automated cleaning on both roof and ground mounted solar arrays. Some solar arrays are suitable for automated solar panel cleaning, whilst others demand manual solar panel cleaning. Ground Maintenance
Ground maintenance is an essential part of maintaining your solar park. We provide a complete grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed killing and tree surgery service, as well as combining a litter picking service. Here in Ireland, some sites require regular ground maintenance, other require less. So we can create a bespoke package to suit your needs.
Wind Turbine Cleaning
With over 20 years of cleaning experience and 6 years specifically in the renewables sector, Clean Solar Solutions are well placed to offer a comprehensive wind turbine cleaning service. Grease, algae and other forms of dirt build up on all parts of the wind turbine structure. We can provide such a service using abseiling methods or cherry pickers, depending on the size of the project.
